About Shopee
Shopee first started as primarily a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplace but has since moved into both a C2C and business-to-consumer (B2C) as a hybrid model. As compared to its competitors, Shopee does not charge sellers fees/commissions and listing fees which give advantages for users or sellers on Shopee.
It also operates as an asset-light marketplace wherein Shopee does not hold any inventory or warehousing and relies on third parties for logistics capabilities. Shopee partners with over 70 courier service providers across its markets to provide logistical support for its users. In Thailand, it collaborated with logistics such as Thailand post, Kerry Express and DHL Express for item pickup and delivery.

Brand Identity
- Shopee designed the brand logo and mascot to match with Thai’s lifestyle. Our current marcot is Corgi dog named ‘Shogi’, which represent the lively, fun and approachable. We also use Orange color to deliver the passionate, fresh and trendy.

- Shopee main’s identity is Orange color and logo which is the orange shopping bag with ‘S’ character in the middle. These represent our mission which is ‘to give joyful online shopping experiences and to support both customers and entrepreneurs’ overall quality of life with our platform.
Target Audiences
Shopee’s Target variety of customer of different ages by emphasize on customer to customer (C2C) and we want to expand the business by focusing more on business to customer (B2C) as a Hybrid Model.
